Monica Gilroy Leads Title Clearance Panel at Real Property Law Institute

The Gilroy Firm Founding Partner, Monica Gilroy, led a Title Clearance Panel at the Georgia Real Property Law Institute held in Amelia Island Plantation, Florida. The conference, held May 9th through May 11th, 2013, provides programs for both residential and commercial practitioners. With an audience of over 250 attendees, Gilroy, along with a panel of industry experts, led the panel in discussions on topics which included recent real estate title curative trends for real estate practitioners.

This is the sixth consecutive year Gilroy Firm principals have been featured at the Institute as speakers. Gilroy has recently been named Secretary/Treasurer of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar, which is a sponsor of the Institute, and she serves as the Section’s Newsletter Editor. Gilroy practices in the firm’s Corporate Office in Alpharetta, Georgia.
