Monica Gilroy Leads Litigation Panel at Real Property Law Institute-2012

Speaking to over 250 attendees, Gilroy Firm Founding Partner, Monica Gilroy, recently led a Litigation Panel at the Georgia Real Property Law Institute held in Amelia Island Plantation, Florida. Ms. Gilroy was the program chair and a featured speaker, and compiled a panel of industry experts as fellow speakers. Ms. Gilroy led the panel in discussions on topics which included foreclosure litigation and problems associated with Pro Se litigants. Additional topics included internet-based pleadings, commercial litigation trends and confirmation issues. Ms. Gilroy lectured on recent real estate title curative trends for real estate practitioners.

This is the fifth consecutive year Gilroy Firm principals have been featured at the Institute as speakers. Ms. Gilroy continues to serve on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar, which is a sponsor of the Institute, and she serves as the Section’s Newsletter Editor.
